We have on-going, and very regular work in Crewe and Macclesfield - 12 Hours Shifts, Days or Nights - fantastic working environment!
This is not Domiciliary/Community Care by the way - so no silly gaps in your rota, and you're paid for the work you do, minus any breaks of course. So for a 12 hour shift, you'd get 11 hours pay. What that means of course is that you could get 33-44 hours pay over just 3 or 4 days...sound good??
Whether you are looking for a full week of Day or Night Shifts, just weekends perhaps, or maybe just want 1 or 2 shifts when you feel like it, we're happy to accommodate!
Typical Duties may include:
Personal Care
Washing, Dressing
Meal Preparation
Personal Hygiene
Do you need qualifications to register with us? No, but if you have your QCF/NVQ level 2 or 3, great!
What we do look for is for you to be genuine, sincere, kind, friendly, compassionate, respectful and most importantly for you to be caring by nature. You'll need to pass our 'Mum Test' if you want to work with us!
We provide full training (On-Line and Practical sessions), Uniform if needed, and unrivalled support from the branch team.
Pay rates start at £8.91ph + Holiday Pay + Pension. and rise to £9.50ph after 12 weeks
