Team Leader - Parkwood



Location: Parkwood - Telford

Hours of Work: 37.50 Hours available

Salary: £12.39 per hour, plus benefits (Inclusive of management responsibilities)

Delivering care services to older people, adults with learning difficulties and people with dementia.

The Role:

As a Team Leader/Senior Support Worker you will become a key part of a team to deliver care and support to residents living in our extra care scheme/s. This is an immensely rewarding role, enabling people to live independently and ensuring they get full enjoyment and fulfilment out of living in their own apartment within the Extra Care Setting

Reporting to and when necessary deputising for the care manager, you will be responsible for delivering, supervising and facilitating the delivery of packages of care and support.

Successful candidates will be required to undertake an Enhanced DBS Check

What you will need:

You must hold Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in Care (or hold Level 2 and have a willingness to complete Level 3) and have demonstrative experience working in a supervisory/ senior role, delivering high quality care within a similar environment.
